📦 Wondernara Warehousing
Wondernara Warehousing is an optional order consolidation service for customers who plan to place multiple orders and ship them together later.

- Shipping options are calculated after packing
- Japan-based orders are excluded from Wondernara Warehousing

🗓️ Important Storage Update
- Free storage extended until June 1st, 2026
- Starting June 1st, 2026, storage counting begins
- Storage is calculated from when your order is marked READY
- Orders already marked READY before June 1st receive a 30-day grace period from June 1st, 2026
- After the free/grace period, $1/day storage fees apply
📋 Warehousing Rules
- Minimum recommended use: 2 or more warehousing orders
- If only one order is shipped under a warehousing BOX ID, a €12 / $12 single-order fee applies
- Shipment requests cannot be changed once submitted
- Shipping method changes are only allowed within 48 hours, if still possible
- Unpaid storage fees may result in the order being considered abandoned according to our Warehousing Policy
🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Customs and tax rules depend on your country, but Wondernara tries to make checkout as smooth as possible.
🇺🇸 USA orders
Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout. Customers usually do not need to pay extra tax after checkout or deal with additional issues at customs.
🇪🇺 European Union orders
Wondernara is registered under the IOSS system.
For EU orders under €150, VAT and duties are handled at checkout — customers usually do not need to pay extra charges after delivery.
🌍 Other countries
Customs rules depend on your local customs office. Please check your country's import rules before ordering, as extra duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply.
Important: Wondernara cannot control customs decisions, local carrier handling fees, or import rules in each country.
📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Wondernara is not responsible for failed delivery, return, disposal, or additional fees caused by incorrect address information, missing recipient details, customs refusal, unpaid customs fees, or recipient absence.
🚚 Carrier Responsibility After Shipment
Once a package is handed to the carrier, final delivery is handled by the selected shipping company and local delivery partners.
If your package is delayed, held by customs, or marked for pickup, please contact your local carrier first — they will have the most accurate delivery information.
