Important Storage Notice
Free storage is extended until June 1st, 2026.
From June 1st, 2026:
- New orders: 30 days free storage starts once the order is marked READY.
- Existing warehousing orders: Receive a 30-day grace period starting June 1st, 2026.
- After the free/grace period, a $1/day storage fee applies.
How Wondernara Warehousing Works

Select Wondernara Warehousing at checkout.
2. We Store It
Your items are held under your BOX ID.
3. Request Shipping
Email us when you’re ready to ship.
4. Choose Carrier
We calculate your shipping options.
Important Rules Before You Start
- You must select Wondernara Warehousing at checkout.
- 1 customer = 1 BOX ID.
- If only one order is placed under your BOX ID, a $12 / €12 single-order handling fee applies.
- Shipment requests cannot be changed once submitted.
- No shipment will be sent without your confirmation and shipping payment.
- Customs, import duties, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Storage Fee Example
Example: Existing Warehousing Order
- Your order became READY on May 26, 2026.
- Storage remains free until June 1st, 2026.
- From June 1st, your 30-day grace period begins.
- After the grace period ends, storage fees begin at $1/day.
Example fee buildup:
If you wait 4 days after the grace period ends, you will owe $4 in storage fees.
Important: There is no fixed shipment deadline, but fees will continue increasing daily until shipment is requested.
Unpaid Storage Fee Policy
- If your storage fees reach $30, we will send you an email notice.
- You will have 7 days to complete the payment.
- Reminder emails will be sent before the deadline.
- If payment is not received after repeated reminders, the order may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
Shipping Carriers
Available carrier options depend on destination country, weight, item type, and shipping restrictions.
- YunExpress – budget-friendly international shipping
- K-Packet – affordable shipping (food items as well!)
- EMS – faster shipping (food items as well!)
- DHL – fastest premium courier
May-Be-Restricted Shipping Items
- Food: Usually K-Packet/EMS only
- Batteries/electronics: May require DHL or special handling
- Liquids/cosmetics: Depends on destination country and carrier
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package has been shipped, final delivery responsibility transfers to the selected carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming shipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine orders from different dates?
Yes. As long as the orders are under your Wondernara Warehousing BOX ID, they can be stored and shipped together later.
When can I request shipment?
You can request shipment once the orders you want to ship are marked READY.
Can I change my shipment request after submitting it?
No. Once a shipment request is submitted, it cannot be combined with additional orders or changed.
Is warehousing shipping free?
No. Warehousing allows you to combine orders, but international shipping fees are calculated separately once your package is packed and weighed.
What happens if I only place one warehousing order?
A $12 / €12 single-order handling fee applies if only one order is ever placed under your BOX ID.
Who pays customs or import duties?
Customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.
