Why Use Wondernara Warehousing?

Using Wondernara Warehousing is more convenient and usually more cost effective for customers who plan to place multiple orders.

Instead of paying shipping each time you order, warehousing allows you to combine multiple Korea based orders into one shipment, so you pay shipping once instead of multiple times.

By shipping your orders together, you avoid repeated shipping fees and receive everything in one package, making the process simpler, smoother, and easier to manage.

Step by Step: How Wondernara Warehousing Works

Step 1: Place Your Orders

Select Wondernara Warehousing at checkout when placing your order.

You may place 2 or more Korea based orders over time and store them in our warehouse.

🚫 Orders shipped from Japan are excluded and do not count toward the minimum order requirement.

Step 2: When Warehousing Time Starts (Very Important)

The warehousing period starts on the date the first Korea based order physically arrives at our warehouse, not on the date you place your order.

This applies regardless of:
• How many orders you place
• Whether other orders arrive later
• Whether orders are pre order orders

The warehousing clock does not reset when additional orders arrive.

Step 3: Free Warehousing Period

You receive 1 full month of free warehousing starting from the arrival date of your first Korea based order.

Step 4: Shipment & Storage Choice

You are free to decide how many of your stored Korea based orders you want to ship at any time.

There is no requirement to ship everything together.

Any orders not included in a shipment remain in storage and continue under warehousing rules.

Step 5: Shipping & Shipping Cost Calculation

When you request shipment, we will:

Shipping is calculated according to carrier standards, using:
• The actual weight of the package
• Or the space the package occupies during transport (volumetric weight)

Based on these calculations, we will contact you with recommended shipping options, including different carriers and price ranges where available.

You can then choose the option that best fits your budget and delivery preference.

Step 6: Storage After Shipment & Extended Warehousing Fees

Any orders you choose not to ship will remain stored under your account.

If storage goes beyond the 1 month free warehousing period, an extended warehousing fee applies:
