📦 What is Wondernara Warehousing?
Wondernara Warehousing is an optional consolidation service for customers who want to place multiple orders and ship them together later.
To use Warehousing, select Wondernara Warehousing as the shipping option when placing your order.
Regular Shipping and Wondernara Warehousing are two different shipping systems. If you selected Regular Shipping at checkout, your order follows the regular shipping process and is not automatically added to your Warehousing BOX ID.
How Wondernara Warehousing Works
1. Place Your Order
Select Wondernara Warehousing at checkout.
2. Wait for Arrival
We receive your items from the supplier or event organizer.
3. Items Become READY
Once processed, your items are added to your BOX ID.
4. Request Packing
Select the READY orders you want to ship through your Warehousing dashboard.
5. We Pack & Weigh
Our packing team prepares your selected orders and records the final parcel weight.
6. Choose & Pay Shipping
View the available shipping methods, choose one, and complete payment.
🏰 Understanding Your Warehousing Order Status
Each Warehousing order has its own status so you can see exactly where that order is in the process.
Your order has been placed, but the items have not been added to your Warehouse Box yet. We may still be waiting for the items to arrive from the supplier or organizer, or our team may still be processing and sorting them.
Your items have arrived and have been added to your personal BOX ID. This order can now be included in a packing and shipping request.
You submitted a shipping request for this order. Our packing team is preparing and weighing your selected orders.
Your selected orders have been packed and weighed. Your available shipping options and prices can now be viewed so you can choose your preferred method and complete payment.
Your shipping payment has been received and our team is preparing your parcel for dispatch.
Your parcel has shipped and tracking has been uploaded.
💜 Your BOX ID
1 customer = 1 BOX ID.
Multiple Wondernara Warehousing orders can be stored under the same BOX ID, even if they were purchased on different dates.
Your overall BOX ID status represents the general situation of your Warehousing account, while each individual order also has its own order status.
🗓️ Free Storage
Wondernara Warehousing includes a 30-day free storage period.
Your free storage period begins when your first Warehousing order becomes READY and is added to your BOX ID.
Storage is calculated per BOX ID, not separately for every order.
You can have multiple Warehousing orders stored inside your BOX ID without receiving a separate storage fee for every individual order.
💸 Storage / Rental Fees
Once your free storage period has ended, your BOX ID moves into the paid storage period.
When your outstanding rental balance reaches $30 USD, Wondernara generates a rental-fee invoice.
Once the $30 rental invoice is issued, the invoice amount is frozen at $30. It does not continue increasing while that invoice is awaiting payment.
📅 Your 30-Day Rental Invoice Payment Period
Once a $30 rental-fee invoice is issued, you have exactly 30 days from the original invoice date to complete payment.
- No additional rental fees accumulate during this 30-day unpaid period.
- No second rental invoice is created during the same payment period.
- The original invoice date always controls the 30-day deadline.
- Receiving a reminder or having the invoice resent does not restart the 30-day countdown.
If your $30 rental invoice is issued on September 1, the invoice stays at $30 during the payment window. It does not become $31, $32, or increase every day while the invoice remains unpaid.
💌 Rental Fee Payment Reminders
If your rental invoice remains unpaid, Wondernara may send reminders during the 30-day payment period.

If you pay your invoice at any point, future reminders for that invoice stop.
✅ What Happens After You Pay?
- Your rental invoice is marked as paid.
- Your outstanding rental-fee balance resets to $0.
- Any remaining reminders for that invoice stop.
- A new rental period begins from the payment date.
⚠️ What Happens If the Invoice Is Still Unpaid After 30 Days?
If your rental invoice remains unpaid when the 30-day payment period ends, your stored items become eligible for disposal.
Please make sure the email address connected to your Wondernara account remains active so you do not miss rental invoices or important payment reminders.
💳 Rental Fees and Shipping Fees Are Separate
Your Warehousing rental balance and your international shipping cost are two separate charges.
A rental-fee invoice covers storage only.
International shipping is calculated separately after you submit a packing request and our team packs and weighs your selected orders.
📦 How to Request Shipping
Wondernara Warehousing orders do not ship automatically.
- Open your Wondernara Warehousing dashboard.
- Check which orders are marked READY.
- Select the READY orders you want to ship.
- Submit your packing request.
- Our packing team packs and weighs your selected orders.
- Once the order reaches PAYMENT PENDING, view the available shipping methods and prices.
- Select your preferred shipping option and complete payment.
🔒 After You Submit a Packing Request
- Additional orders cannot be added once packing has started.
- PROCESSING orders cannot be included until they become READY.
- Please check your selected orders carefully before submitting your request.
- Changes to a shipping method may sometimes be possible within 48 hours, depending on the current shipment status, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
📦 Single Warehousing Order Fee
Wondernara Warehousing is designed for customers who want to consolidate multiple orders.
If you request shipment with only one Warehousing order under your BOX ID, a $12 / €12 single-order handling fee applies.
✈️ Warehousing Shipping Prices
Warehousing does not use the fixed shipping rates shown for regular orders at checkout.
Your international shipping cost is calculated after your selected orders have been packed and weighed.
Available shipping methods depend on your destination, parcel weight, parcel dimensions, package contents, and current carrier restrictions.

🛃 Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
Customs and tax treatment depends on your destination country and selected shipping method.
Where Wondernara offers prepaid VAT, taxes, or duties, this will be reflected in the applicable shipping arrangement.
Otherwise, local customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier handling charges may be charged to the recipient. Wondernara cannot control decisions made by local customs offices or delivery carriers.
📍 Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming shipment.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays, failed delivery, returns, disposal, or additional carrier charges.
🚚 After Your Parcel Ships
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, final delivery is handled by that carrier and its local delivery partners.
If your parcel is delayed, held by customs, marked for pickup, or shows a delivery issue, please contact your local carrier first because they have the most accurate delivery information for your area.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. As long as the orders were placed using Wondernara Warehousing and are stored under your BOX ID, they can be stored and shipped together later.
You can request packing and shipping once the orders you want to ship are marked READY.
PROCESSING means your order has not yet been added to your Warehouse Box. We may still be waiting for the item to arrive, or our team may still be checking, sorting, or processing it.
READY means your items have arrived and have been added to your Warehouse Box. You can now include that order in a packing request.
Once packing has started, additional orders cannot be added to that same request. Please wait until all orders you want to combine are READY before submitting your request.
No. Warehousing lets you store and combine orders, but international shipping is charged separately after your selected orders are packed and weighed.
