How It Works
Send the link, store, event, quantity and exact options.
We review availability, purchase requirements and applicable fees.
You receive the full purchase-stage amount before we proceed.
After payment is received, we move forward with purchasing.
We receive them at our Seoul location and provide a basic arrival photo during soft launch.
We pack and weigh your parcel, then send international shipping options separately.
Base Service Fee
The Base Service Fee is calculated from the item total only. Korean domestic shipping is charged separately and is not included when calculating the service fee.
Items total ₩100,000 → Base Service Fee = ₩9,000.
If the Korean seller also charges ₩5,000 domestic shipping, that ₩5,000 is added separately and does not increase the 9% service-fee calculation.
Payment Options
Your purchase invoice can include the products, Base Service Fee, domestic Korean shipping, Offline Service Fee if applicable, and any other approved request costs.
Paid in KRW.
Paid in USD. A 5% PayPal processing fee is added to the full purchase-stage invoice total, not only the merchandise value.

Offline Proxy Shopping
We can visit pop-ups, cafés, stores, events and other eligible offline locations on your behalf. The normal Base Service Fee still applies to purchased items.
If the final secured amount is below ₩300,000, the applicable visit fee below is charged.

Custom quote
Working time starts when our staff leaves for the location and ends when the purchase is completed. Travel, waiting and queues are part of the working time.
Important: Offline Purchase Commitment
- The ₩300,000 fee waiver is based on the final item amount we actually secure, not the amount originally requested.
- If items are cancelled by the seller/event, sold out, unavailable, or cannot be secured and the final secured item total falls below ₩300,000, the applicable Offline Service Fee becomes payable.
- If we secure only part of your requested goods, you cannot cancel the successfully secured items just because the remaining items were unavailable.
- Once our staff has successfully claimed or purchased an item for you, you are committed to that item and cannot opt out afterward.
- If the seller/event itself later cancels a specific secured item, that specific item will be handled according to the seller's cancellation/refund outcome. Other successfully secured items remain confirmed.
- If our staff visits the location but items are sold out or unavailable, an Offline Service Fee may still apply because staff time and travel were used.
International Shipping
International shipping is invoiced separately after your items are secured, packed and weighed. You do not need to pay international shipping at the purchase stage.

DHL: Standard or Prepaid Duties
Duties, VAT, tariffs and import taxes are not prepaid. If charges apply, the customer pays DHL/customs separately.
Currently offered for eligible USA and European shipments. The shipping invoice includes the estimated import charge plus a ₩30,000 prepaid-duty handling fee.
Customs charges depend on destination, product type, declared value and current import rules.

- Stock, freebies, benefits, preorder gifts and event availability cannot be guaranteed.
