What Is Wondernara Service?
Wondernara Service is a Korea-based personal shopping and proxy service. We help international customers purchase online and offline items in Korea, receive them at our Seoul warehouse, store them, combine them when possible, and ship them worldwide.
Request products from Korean websites, stores, pop-ups, cafés, brands, events, and limited collections.
We can help when a Korean card, Korean phone number, Korean address, or local checkout process is required.
Your items can be stored at our Seoul warehouse so you can ship later or combine multiple requests.
We offer international shipping options such as DHL, EMS, K-Packet, and other available routes depending on your country.

Wondernara Service is not limited to K-pop. You can request many Korea-based items, as long as they are legal, shippable, and available for us to purchase.

How It Works
Send us the item link, item details, quantity, payment method, full name, and country.
We review your request and send an invoice if the request is possible.
Pay by Wise or PayPal, depending on your country and the invoice type.
Our team purchases or attempts the request after payment is confirmed.
We receive the item at our Seoul warehouse and provide basic item confirmation photos during soft launch.
When you are ready, we pack, weigh, invoice shipping, and ship internationally.
Base Purchasing Fee
For regular online purchase requests, the Wondernara Service purchasing fee is based on the total item purchase amount.
(fee starting from $4.90)
Product cost, domestic shipping, payment processing fees, and international shipping are not included in the purchasing fee.
Offline Event Proxy Service
Wondernara Service can help with offline requests in Korea, including café events, birthday cafés, pop-ups, offline stores, clothing stores, beauty shops such as Olive Young, lifestyle stores, limited merchandise events, and eligible freebie collection.
Our team can visit the location on your behalf, purchase requested items if available, collect eligible freebies when possible, and provide basic item confirmation photos before international shipping.
Offline Service Fee
Offline proxy requests with a final item purchase amount of 300,000 KRW or more do not have an hourly Offline Service Fee.
For offline requests with a final item purchase amount of under 300,000 KRW, the hourly Offline Service Fee applies based on the estimated working time needed to complete the request.

Purchasing Fee for Offline Requests
The Wondernara Service purchasing fee is charged separately based on the total item purchase amount. For offline requests of 300,000 KRW or more, the hourly Offline Service Fee is waived, but the purchasing fee still applies.

Important Offline Proxy Notes
- Item availability, stock, freebies, benefits, and event rules are controlled by the event/store and cannot be guaranteed by Wondernara Service.
- Freebies are only collected if they are available, provided by the event/store, and the customer’s purchase qualifies.
- If our staff visits the location and the requested item, freebie, or benefit is sold out or unavailable, the Offline Service Fee may still apply because staff time and travel were used. This especially applies when the final secured offline purchase amount is under 300,000 KRW.
- Return travel is not separately charged unless the location is far, outside Seoul, or requires special travel.
- Multiple locations should be quoted separately.
- High-demand events, exact-time pickups, multiple locations, long queues, outside-Seoul locations, or complicated requests may require a custom quote.
International Shipping Options
Wondernara Service ships worldwide from South Korea. Shipping is invoiced separately after your item(s) have been secured, packed, and weighed.
Shipping rates are based on parcel weight and destination country. Final shipping costs are confirmed after packing and weighing your items.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your destination country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or customs handling fees may apply.
For eligible destinations and shipping methods, Wondernara Service may offer duties & taxes prepaid shipping options. This means any required import duty or tax deposit may be added to your shipping invoice before shipment, helping you avoid surprise customs payment requests after your package ships.

The final customs amount depends on factors such as destination country, product category, declared value, local customs regulations, and carrier assessment.
For USA orders under $800 USD, prepaid tariff handling may be available depending on the carrier and shipment type.
For EU orders up to €150, VAT prepaid handling may be available depending on the carrier and destination country.
For high-value shipments, luxury goods, orders above local customs thresholds, or destinations with special customs requirements, Wondernara Service may contact you separately regarding customs-related charges before shipment.

Important Notes
- Wondernara Service does its best to secure requested items, but stock, benefits, freebies, preorder gifts, event rules, and purchase success cannot be guaranteed.
- Some items may be unavailable, restricted, prohibited from international shipping, or require additional customs documents.
- We cannot purchase counterfeit goods, illegal items, dangerous goods, or items that cannot be shipped internationally.
- International shipping is invoiced separately after items are packed and weighed.
- Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import requirements are the customer’s responsibility unless prepaid handling is offered and included in the shipping invoice.

How do I submit a request?

Do I need a Wondernara account?
Yes, please create a Wondernara customer account first and use the same email address when submitting your request. If you cannot find your Wondernara ID, that is okay, we will help you.
What should I include in my email?
Please include your Wondernara account email, request type, item name or product link, quantity, payment method, full name, country, and any event date or deadline if applicable.
Can you buy from Korean websites?
Yes. Please email us the product link whenever possible.
Can you help with offline events or cafés?
Yes, subject to schedule, location, timing, and availability. For offline purchases of 300,000 KRW or more, the hourly Offline Service Fee is waived, but the normal purchasing fee still applies. For offline purchases under 300,000 KRW, the hourly Offline Service Fee applies based on estimated working time.
Are freebies guaranteed?
No. Freebies, benefits, purchase gifts, and event availability are controlled by the event/store and cannot be guaranteed by Wondernara Service. We collect eligible freebies when available and when the customer’s purchase qualifies.
If staff visits an offline location but the item is sold out, do I still pay the offline service fee?
Yes, the Offline Service Fee may still apply because staff time and travel were used. If no items are secured, or if the final secured offline purchase amount is under 300,000 KRW, the hourly Offline Service Fee applies according to the quoted working time.
What is the difference between Wise and PayPal?
Wise invoices are issued in KRW. PayPal invoices are issued in USD and include an extra payment processing fee. Some destinations or request types may require Wise.
Do I pay shipping immediately?
No. International shipping is invoiced separately after your items are secured, packed, and weighed.
What if my item sells out before purchase?
If we have not yet used staff time or completed purchase work, we will guide you through the refund or next step according to our Terms & Conditions. Offline event proxy visits are handled differently because staff time and travel are part of the service.
Can you store my items?
Yes. During soft launch, storage is free for up to 60 days.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
Not always. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, and brokerage fees depend on your destination country, order value, item type, and selected shipping method. If prepaid handling is available or required, we will include it in your shipping invoice before shipment.
