Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator – Full-Time

Wondernara is a Seoul-based K-pop store specializing in albums, merchandise, preorder benefits, video call events, and other K-pop products.

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on role focused primarily on packing, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, and daily warehouse operations. You will help make sure customer orders are packed accurately, shipments are processed efficiently, and our warehouse stays clean, organized, and running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare orders for domestic and international shipping
• Manage the daily flow of orders through the warehouse
• Ensure orders are packed and shipped according to schedule
• Receive, unpack, count, and organize incoming products
• Check product quantities and report any discrepancies
• Organize albums, merchandise, photocards, POBs, and other inventory
• Maintain clear and accurate warehouse organization
• Keep packing stations and warehouse areas clean and orderly at all times
• Restock packing materials and monitor warehouse supplies
• Follow Wondernara's packing and fulfillment procedures carefully
• Double-check quantities, products, customer information, and shipping details before completing orders
• Assist with larger packing projects, event orders, and high-volume periods
• Support other operational tasks when needed

• Legally eligible to work full-time in South Korea

Preferred

• Korean language skills
• Previous experience in packing, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, retail stock management, or e-commerce
• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce systems
• Familiarity with K-pop albums and merchandise

Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but this is an entry-level position. We are also happy to consider candidates who are quick learners, responsible, and have strong attention to detail.

Salary

Salary details will be communicated directly with shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.

As this is an entry-level position, compensation is based on the role, experience level, and applicable Korean minimum wage requirements.

Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work authorization that permits full-time employment in South Korea.

A Little More About the Role

This is not a desk-based position. Most of your day will involve working directly with products, customer orders, inventory, packing materials, and the warehouse.

You'll be an important part of keeping Wondernara's daily operations running smoothly and making sure our customers receive the correct orders, carefully packed and shipped on time.
