Wondernara Service Terms of Service

1. Overview

Wondernara Service is a purchasing assistance service provided by Wondernara. Through this service, customers may request that Wondernara purchase products on their behalf from third-party retailers, events, pop-up stores, online stores, cafés, exhibitions, collaborations, and other sales channels.

By submitting a Wondernara Service request, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Availability

Submitting a Wondernara Service request does not guarantee that an item can be purchased. Products may sell out, become unavailable, be cancelled by the seller, be restricted to local customers, or otherwise become impossible to obtain.

Wondernara reserves the right to decline any request for any reason.

3. Pricing

The final invoice may include:

  • Product cost
  • Domestic shipping fees
  • Wondernara Service fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • International shipping fees
  • Additional carrier fees when applicable

Product prices displayed by sellers may change without notice. Wondernara will verify the product price before sending an invoice.

4. Payment Methods

Wise

Wise is the preferred payment method. No additional payment fee is added when paying by Wise.

PayPal

PayPal is available only if Wise is unavailable for the customer. A 5% payment handling fee applies to PayPal payments.

Payment must be completed within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Requests may be cancelled if payment is not received by the stated deadline.

5. Refund Policy

If Wondernara is unable to secure a requested item after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • Wise payments: 2% will be deducted from the amount originally paid.
  • PayPal payments: 5% will be deducted from the amount originally paid.

These deductions cover payment processing, transfer, and handling costs that are incurred when receiving and refunding funds.

Example:

  • If a customer paid ₩100,000 via Wise, the refund amount would be ₩98,000.
  • If a customer paid ₩100,000 via PayPal, the refund amount would be ₩95,000.

By submitting a Wondernara Service request, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these refund terms.

6. Cancellations

Once Wondernara has successfully purchased, ordered, reserved, or secured an item on behalf of a customer, cancellations are generally not possible.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product information before submitting a request.

7. Shipping

International shipping is charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Weight
  • Dimensions
  • Destination country
  • Shipping carrier
  • Carrier surcharges

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate shipping information.

8. Customs, VAT & Import Charges

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Customs handling fees
  • Any other fees imposed by local authorities

Wondernara is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs handling fees, or any other charges imposed by the customer’s country.

9. Product Condition

Many products requested through Wondernara Service are collectible items, event merchandise, limited editions, collaborations, or store-exclusive products.

Minor imperfections in packaging, manufacturer defects, small scratches, dents, printing variations, or production-related issues are not considered grounds for refunds unless the original seller accepts responsibility.
