Part-Time E-Commerce & Customer Service Assistant (Remote, K-pop Focused)

Wondernara is a global K-pop e-commerce store serving international fans through albums, video call events, photocard events, and exclusive merchandise. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time assistant to support our daily operations remotely.

This is a paid, remote position with daily work required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Add and manage products on the Wondernara website

    • Upload accurate product listings, event details, and product variations

    • Ensure correct pricing, descriptions, and benefits

  • Handle customer service

    • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and clearly

    • Assist with questions related to orders, shipping, and events

  • Support daily e-commerce operations

    • Follow internal processes and guidelines

    • Communicate clearly with the team


Required Commitment

  • Part-time but daily

  • Minimum 3 hours per day, with flexibility to work more when needed

  • Long-term availability strongly preferred

  • Reliability and consistency are essential


Required Qualifications

  • 18 years old or above

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) completed

  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field (or currently studying with relevant experience)

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience with e-commerce environments

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Genuine interest in K-pop and fan culture


Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify

  • Experience using Klaviyo (email marketing or customer flows)

  • Prior work in K-pop stores, fan events, or music-related e-commerce

  • Experience working with international customers

  • Korean language skills
