Operations, Content & Customer Service Coordinator (Full-Time)

Wondernara is a K-pop focused e-commerce platform based in South Korea, serving international fans worldwide. We are looking for a full-time team member who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable handling operations, content, and customer service responsibilities.

This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional mindset.


Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Upload and manage products on our website
โ€ข Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations
โ€ข Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
โ€ข Manage and organize inventory and packing materials
โ€ข Create, post, and update content on Instagram and TikTok
โ€ข Handle customer service inquiries via email and social media
โ€ข Monitor and reply to messages and comments professionally and promptly
โ€ข Assist with order-related issues, questions, and follow-ups
โ€ข Support general administrative tasks as needed
โ€ข Assist during busy periods such as pre-orders, comebacks, and shipping peaks


Requirements

โ€ข Valid working visa in South Korea
โ€ข Physically located in South Korea
โ€ข Fluent or advanced level of English
โ€ข Genuine interest in K-pop and fan culture, with a professional work attitude
โ€ข Background or experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, customer service, or a related field
โ€ข Highly detail-oriented and organized
โ€ข Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
โ€ข Comfortable with repetitive tasks and light physical work such as packing and organizing
โ€ข Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
โ€ข Enjoys variety and switching between different types of tasks
โ€ข Understands and respects confidentiality regarding customer information and internal business operations


Preferred but Not Required

โ€ข Korean language skills
โ€ข Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
โ€ข Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
โ€ข Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or logistics
