Operations, Content & Customer Service Coordinator (Full-Time)

Wondernara is a K-pop focused e-commerce platform based in South Korea, serving international fans worldwide. We are looking for a full-time team member who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable handling operations, content, and customer service responsibilities.
This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional mindset.
Key Responsibilities
โข Upload and manage products on our website
โข Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations
โข Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
โข Manage and organize inventory and packing materials
โข Create, post, and update content on Instagram and TikTok
โข Handle customer service inquiries via email and social media
โข Monitor and reply to messages and comments professionally and promptly
โข Assist with order-related issues, questions, and follow-ups
โข Support general administrative tasks as needed
โข Assist during busy periods such as pre-orders, comebacks, and shipping peaks
Requirements
โข Valid working visa in South Korea
โข Physically located in South Korea
โข Fluent or advanced level of English
โข Genuine interest in K-pop and fan culture, with a professional work attitude
โข Background or experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, customer service, or a related field
โข Highly detail-oriented and organized
โข Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
โข Comfortable with repetitive tasks and light physical work such as packing and organizing
โข Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
โข Enjoys variety and switching between different types of tasks
โข Understands and respects confidentiality regarding customer information and internal business operations
Preferred but Not Required
โข Korean language skills
โข Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
โข Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
โข Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or logistics
