E-commerce & Community Growth Coordinator
Wondernara is a Seoul-based K-pop store offering official albums, merchandise, POB photocards, and other K-pop products, alongside our proxy purchasing service, Wondernara Service.
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Community Growth Coordinator to help us grow our online store, social media presence, and customer community.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating, executing, communicating with customers, testing new ideas, and actively contributing to growth and sales. 💜
📱 Content & Social Commerce
- Plan, film, edit, and publish approximately 3 Reels per week
- Create Instagram Stories and promotional content
- Create content around K-pop releases, products, events, and Wondernara Service
- Help organize and host Instagram Live sales and promotional events
- Film and create content at our office as well as stores, pop-ups, events, cafés, and other relevant locations around Seoul
- Engage with Wondernara customers and followers on Instagram by replying to comments, DMs, questions, and relevant interactions
- Actively build relationships with our online community rather than only posting content
- Identify timely content and promotional opportunities
- Use content and social media to support product launches, promotions, engagement, and sales
🛒 E-commerce
- Upload and update products, events, and promotions on our online store
- Keep product pages, collections, banners, and promotional areas updated
- Proactively look for relevant K-pop releases, events, collaborations, and product opportunities suitable for Wondernara
- Help identify which opportunities are commercially relevant and worth promoting or listing
- Help create sales campaigns, bundles, offers, and other initiatives that encourage purchases
- Review the customer journey and identify practical areas for improvement
- Regularly check automated flows such as abandoned carts, email campaigns, and customer communication to ensure they are functioning correctly
- Monitor campaign and store performance and make practical improvements based on results
💜 Wondernara Service & Community
- Help grow and promote Wondernara Service, our new Korea-based proxy purchasing service
- Look for relevant pop-ups, offline events, limited merchandise, collaborations, and other purchasing opportunities
- Create content around Wondernara Service and selected purchasing trips around Seoul
- Communicate with Wondernara Service customers through Instagram and other channels, including replying to questions and comments
- Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Help make the service feel personal and approachable, like having a trusted friend in Korea helping you shop
✨ Who We're Looking For
- Native or fluent English
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and short-form content
- Comfortable filming and editing content independently
- Comfortable being both behind and, when needed, in front of the camera
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers and online communities
- Comfortable working from our Seoul office and at different locations around Seoul when required
- Organized and able to manage several ongoing tasks
- Commercial mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Curious and proactive in finding new products, events, and opportunities
- Comfortable working with Shopify or willing to learn quickly
- Able to look at performance results and turn them into practical actions
- Korean language skills are a plus
- Interest in or familiarity with K-pop is a plus
- Able to work independently while following established procedures and brand direction
- Must already hold a valid visa or residency status that permits full-time employment in South Korea
📍 Working Style
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Seoul, South Korea.
The role is not limited to office-based work. Depending on Wondernara's activities, the employee may be required to visit stores, pop-ups, events, cafés, and other locations around Seoul for content creation, Wondernara Service purchasing, and other business-related activities.
This is a hands-on role combining content creation, e-commerce, and community building, with the overall goal of helping Wondernara grow.
