Content & Social Media Coordinator
Join Wondernara and help us create fun, engaging content for an international K-pop community.
Wondernara is looking for a creative and proactive Content & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
This is a hands-on and on-camera role focused on creating short-form content, editing videos, following trends, hosting Lives, engaging with our community, and helping us reach new customers through consistent and creative social media.
You will create content for both Wondernara and Wondernara Service, our Korea-based proxy purchasing service.
What Youβll Do
- Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other social platforms.
- Appear on camera for selected Wondernara content and communicate naturally with our international audience in English.
- Record engaging English voiceovers and create subtitles, graphics, music, and platform-friendly edits.
- Edit raw footage provided by our team, including Wondernara Service shopping, pop-ups, products, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Monitor social media trends and proactively suggest and execute relevant content ideas.
- Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent posting across platforms.
- Plan and host Instagram Lives and other live social content when required.
- Write captions and prepare posts in line with Wondernaraβs tone and brand direction.
- Reply to Instagram comments and engage with our community, while escalating order-specific customer service issues when needed.
- Create Stories around products, launches, events, Wondernara Service requests, and behind-the-scenes activity.
- Work closely with our E-commerce & Growth Marketing team to support important launches and campaigns.
- Review content performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Keep raw footage and finished content organized and easy to reuse.
What Weβre Looking For
- Native-level or full professional fluency in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable appearing on camera, recording voiceovers, and hosting live content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and current social trends.
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content.
- Creative, proactive, and able to bring forward ideas independently.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work consistently with deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
- Must already have valid work authorization that legally permits employment in South Korea.
Nice to Have
- Previous content creation experience through a brand, internship, freelance work, university project, or personal account.
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with K-pop and K-pop fan communities.
- Strong understanding of K-pop trends on TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience managing or contributing to a social media account.
- Korean language ability is a plus.

Employment
Part-time, approximately 20β25 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position as the role and company grow.
Work Eligibility
Applicants must already have the legal right to work in South Korea under a valid visa or work authorization suitable for this position and its working hours.
