๐ญ From MAKESTAR to Wondernara office:
Shipments will be made sequentially 3 to 4 weeks after the event date (08/20) to the Wondernara office.
๐ From Wondernara to you:
After arrival at our office, 1 to 2 weeks processing time is needed depending on order volume and destination.
โณ Total estimated shipping timeline: approximately 6 weeks.
โ Caution for Event Application
- 1 album purchase = 1 entry
- LINE ID OR KAKAO ID required for this event application
- You must be born in 2010 or earlier (official ID may be required)
- โ Cancellation Policy: Products purchased during the event application period may only be cancelled or refunded if the request is submitted by August 13, 2026, 5:00 PM KST. After that deadline, customer requested cancellations or refunds will not be accepted, including if you are not selected as a winner. No exceptions will be made for customer-requested cancellations after the deadline. If a cancellation request is made before the deadline, all associated event entries will be cancelled and excluded from the event.
- ๐ฆ Shipping can take approximately 6 weeks in total after the event date, depending on organizer shipment timing and Wondernara processing.
