💜 This is a pre-order POB photocard event by TOKTOQ. The shipping of the orders will start at least 4~5 weeks after the event ends on TOKTOQ (14th of November). 

❗️ P.S. While we do have a pre-order period, TOKTOQ tends to sell out before the official release, so we highly recommend securing your goods as soon as possible.

📌 Unboxing video required : As proof of product defect / damage / missing, you must provide a full unboxing video without pausing or editing from the moment you hold the sealed/unopened package/box/envelope in your hand before you start opening it. Small spots/scratches on the photocards cannot be compensated as they come like that from the organisers.

📦 Important information regarding the shipment: This will need at least 4~5 weeks of processing after this event ends. Upon delivery, if there is a missing or damaged product, additional delivery, replacement or refund is possible only for those who have an unboxing video. This to be sent to WONDERNARA within 3 days of receipt of the product.
